Earth Day Farm Dinner


We’re delighted to announce our next guest chef, Jason Alford of the beloved restaurant Pa’La. Chef Jason will bring his expertise and Japanese flare to accompany chef Derek and team to cook an exquisite Earth Day celebration.


This intimate evening will feature a five-course menu of beautifully crafted dishes, including Sonoran wheat berry miso glazed trout, yuzu kosho with fresh-caught crudo, and hibachi-fired flank steak. To complement the dishes, we will pair them with locally made and award-winning Arizona Sake, Wren House Rice Lager, and some exquisite Japanese wines.
